What to expect...
There will be no obligation to wear Lululemon and eat kale. What there will be is a day that fills you up in every sense - a generous scattering of joyful, accessible yoga, soul-restoring food, drinks and a session in the sauna, followed by a gloriously bracing open water dip.

My next retreat is Sunday March 29th. I try to put on a retreat per month but as I am running the London Marathon at the end of April these will be no April retreat.
